Founded in 2012, the company has grown rapidly and is renowned for its comprehensive and high-quality research and consultancy. This growth was officially recognised in 2020 when we were honoured with the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the category of International Trade, and subsequently repeated in 2023 when we were awarded the first ever King’s Award.
We have built a strong position in the aviation and maritime sectors, particularly in the areas of entertainment and connectivity. We are also gradually expanding into other mobility-based segments, such as airports, borders and land, through organic growth and partnerships.Â

This means that we are up-front and honest about our research processes. If we make any assumptions when developing market forecasts, we are not afraid to share them. Our methodology is always clearly explained and relies upon a variety of sources. A cornerstone of our analysis is primary research obtained from personal interviews with marketing professionals, product managers and various other contributors from across the value chain. We recognise there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to conducting research. We always devote the requisite amount of time to complete projects thoroughly. It is often the case that the more dynamic and nascent markets require a quick turnaround to ensure information is not already out of date before it is published.
